CT Scans

A CT (computed tomography) scan, sometimes referred to as a "CAT" (computed axial tomography) scan is a safe and painless procedure used to capture high resolution cross-sectional images of the entire body from head to toe. MDI features a state of the art 64-slice CT scanner.

Breast Imaging

At Mid-Delaware Imaging, Double Read Mammography is the standard of care. This means 2 board certified radiologists read nearly every mammogram performed at MDI, at no additional charge to the patient. Studies have shown this practice can increase the rate of breast cancer detection.

In addition to Low Dose Full Field Digital Mammography, MDI also offers Breast Ultrasound and Breast MRI.
